Delivery hours are set to overlap with US business hours by 4–6 hours daily. Weekly calls are scheduled at times that work for you, and async updates cover the rest.
What about data security?

How do payments work?
USD invoicing, milestone-based payments, and a clear statement of work agreed before anything starts. Escrow is available for larger engagements.
